If the option is selected in the backend an ticket owner gets a mail when the status of a ticket changes, e.g. from open to closed. You can use sts-status-update-mail-subject to filter the subject and sts-status-update-mail-body to filter the text of the mail. As usual, sts-view-ticket-url filters the URL to the ticket.
